Dr. Probeer Sahw

Dr. Probeer Sahw is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering with over twelve years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration across engineering institutions. He holds qualifications in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (2012 and 2013) and brings a cross-disciplinary background spanning Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Computer Science and Engineering.

He serves as an iOS app development mentor at the iOS Development Centre, with training from Apple and Infosys, guiding students in building iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and Apple frameworks. His teaching approach is application-oriented, with an emphasis on project-based and collaborative learning.

He has served as Head of Department for Electronics and Communication Engineering, with responsibilities spanning academic planning, faculty coordination, and curriculum development, and has held additional roles as Controller of Examinations and Centre Superintendent.

His research interests include electric vehicles, control systems, applied electronics, IoT-based systems, and smart automation, with publications in peer-reviewed journals and IEEE conference proceedings, and a patent to his credit.

He remains actively involved in student mentorship, project supervision, and skill development, contributing steadily across teaching, research, and institutional administration.
